On November 19th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, REAL Houston and Fervo Energy hosted a presentation, “AI Underground: Driving Innovation in EGS,” at the offices of Holland & Knight (811 Main St.) During this evening of conversation and connection, attendees heard how data, analytics, and innovation are driving the next breakthrough in geothermal energy from our featured speaker, Dr. Sireesh Dadi, Manager of Data & Advanced Analytics at Fervo Energy. He led a discussion on operations within geophysics that advance the development of Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS).

Speaker bio:

Dr. Sireesh Dadi is the Manager of Data Acquisition & Advanced Analytics at Fervo Energy, where he leads seismic, fiber-optic, and digital oilfield operations that advance the development of Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS). Since joining Fervo in 2022, he has driven innovation at the intersection of geophysics, geomechanics, and data science to improve geothermal resource characterization and monitoring. Prior to Fervo, Dr. Dadi spent seven years as a Geophysicist at BP, supporting exploration and production in the Gulf of Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Texas A&M University and was recognized as a Clean Energy Leadership Fellow in 2021 for his contributions to sustainable energy development.
