Speaker Bio

Phil is an executive with over 30 years of management experience in general management, sales, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and private equity, with the last 13 years focused on renewable energy. Since joining GameChange in 2019, Phil has been instrumental in implementing a new ERP system with best-in-class project management tools for GameChange customers. He leads many aspects of our business, including project management, supply chain, field operations, and quality. Prior to joining GameChange, Phil spent 10 years in the solar industry as the President of a leading solar inverter manufacturer. Accomplished in growing businesses organically and through acquisitions, he has over 25 years of international business experience, managing multi-location, multi-national facilities, including implementing ERP systems and Six Sigma techniques with companies such as Laird Technologies, Honeywell, and Ford Motor Company. Phil created strategic OEM customer relationships as well as growing distribution sales channels. Known for success in managing Fortune 500 companies as well as a track record in taking privately held companies to the next level resulting in successful equity transactions. Phil earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and his MBA from the University of Michigan—Ann Arbor.
