Texas energy policy is ultimately decided in Austin, but conversations on the ground before and throughout the legislative process critically shape policy outcomes. Project developers and community engagement operatives shared their grassroots experiences and outlined strategies for fostering positive, lasting stakeholder relationships with elected officials, landowners, school districts, and project communities.
