Kelsey Hultberg is Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications and Sustainability of Sunnova Energy International Inc. [NYSE: NOVA], a leading residential solar and energy storage service provider based in Houston, TX. Kelsey has served in this role since April 2022, prior to which she served as Sunnova’s EVP, Chief of Staff; VP, Chief of Staff; and Director, Executive Communications and Strategy. Kelsey serves as the Chair of Sunnova’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee and is a founding committee member of Sunnova’s Women Leadership Network and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to Sunnova, Kelsey served as Brand Manager for the Black Sheep Agency, a caused-based marketing and banding agency. In addition to serving on the REAL-Houston Board of Directors, Kelsey is also currently a director of the Houston-based veteran transition non-profit Combined Arms Board where she has served since April 2018. She is also a member of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Energy 2.0 Committee. Kelsey received her Master of Arts Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
